OUR SHIPPING POLICY

MiLottie offers a variety of fast and secure shipping methods so customers receive their orders in a timely, worry-free manner. MiLottie Standard Shipping cost by weight according to courier rates. Choose from Standard, Expedited, or International Shipping. MiLottie.com ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions and over 150+ countries. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

  • Your shipping price is determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination according to courier rates.
  • Because of the pandemic we’re seeing slight delays in Express order shipments and can't guarantee next day delivery. Transit time will be one day from receipt of your shipping confirmation email.
  • Add 1 business day for transit and final delivery.
  • Not available to PO Boxes, PR, VI, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Saturday delivery is not available.

    With your order number you can track your order via our web chat or with the link in your order confirmation email.  

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Before your order ships, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. If you request that no signature be required for delivery and the package is left unattended, you're accepting full responsibility for loss or damage. For security purposes, a request for signature cannot be removed for packages being delivered to select areas.

    STANDARD SHIPPING 

    Standard shipping typically arrives between 3-8 business days. Standard service is provided with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected Monday through Saturday. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

    EXPEDITED SHIPPING

    Express shipping typically arrives between 2-3 business days. Express orders are delivered Monday-Friday only. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. Orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 12pm EST to ship the same day.

    HAWAII/ ALASKA/ PUERTO RICO

    Puerto Rico shipping typically arrives in 4-10 business days.

    Alaska shipping typically arrives between 16-18 business days.

    Hawaii shipping typically arrives between 12-15 business days.

    Hawaii and Alaska orders are delivered Monday – Friday ONLY.

    Signature is required upon delivery.

    APO/ FPO SHIPPING

    APO/FPO shipping typically arrives in 4-10 business days.

    All APO/FPO orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Due to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the only international shipping we are able to offer is to Japan, China, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Australia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep customers updated as things change.

    Canadian shipping typically arrives in 6-10 business days. Shipping for all other international locations typically arrives in 10-20 business days, depending upon region. Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as customs fees and independent carrier fees. All Canadian orders ship via Purolator; all other International orders ship via DHL. Hot Topic does not ship to International freight forwarders. Presale/Backordered items are not available for international shipping.

    TAXES / DUTIES

    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to checking out.

    SHIPPING COURIERS

    MiLottie uses USPS, UPS or FedEx and its trusted shipping partners to ship all parcels worldwide. MiLottie is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by shipping courier once the parcel has left our warehouse.

    LOST/ DAMAGE/ LATE DELIVERY

    We cannot be held liable for any consequential damage, lost, late delivery or failure to deliver caused by the courier company. We are unable to refund any postage costs unless the item was sent in error, in these cases the credit card used will be credited with the price of postage paid. You must contact us within 3 days of order receipt.
