We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. All orders shipping are calculated based on weight and destination according to courier rates or ship free from our Nevada warehouse in Reno. 

FREE SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING for most USA orders over $50 by the most economical method. USPS Priority Mail, but occasionally, it is USPS First Class Mail or FedEx. 

**Exception: Stampin Up! Arts and Crafts and some heavy items, such as cutting machine, are not eligible for free shipping.

FREE SHIPPING for Arts & Crafts Clearance & Stampin Up! orders over $75 by the most economical method. USPS Priority Mail, but occasionally, it is USPS First Class Mail or FedEx. 

**Exception: Some heavy items, such as cutting machine, are not eligible for free shipping due to the high cost we cannot absorb. 


PROCESSING TIME

Most orders placed before 2 pm PST will ship out the same day. We ship Monday - Saturday excluding national holidays. 

Once the order has shipped, an email with tracking information will be available.  Also, you may log into your account, go to order history, to retrieve your tracking ID.

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

SHIPPING COURIERS

MiLottie uses USPS, UPS or FedEx and its trusted shipping partners to ship all parcels worldwide. MiLottie is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by shipping courier once the parcel has left our warehouse.


TAXES / DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.


LOST/ DAMAGE/ LATE DELIVERY

We cannot be held liable for any consequential damage, lost, late delivery or failure to deliver caused by the courier company. We are unable to refund any postage costs unless the item was sent in error, in these cases the credit card used will be credited with the price of postage paid. You must contact us within 3 days of order receipt.
