RETURNS: Merchandise may be returned for store credit only (via emailed gift card code) within 30 calendar days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse. The product returned must be new and unopened. Items that appear to be used, have stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke, etc. will be rejected and may be returned at the customer’s expense. 

FREE RETURN SHIPPING! MiLottie offers free return shipping if the item is postmarked within 7 days of the date the order was shipped from our warehouse.  Contact us via chat or email contact@milottie.com to receive a return label. After the 7th day, you may use the shipping label at cost, which will be deducted from your store credit. Or you may use your own shipping method at your own cost.

International returns are responsible for return shipping.

Some products, including clearance items, gift cards and handmade items are excluded from return or exchange.


  1. Read our return policy to ensure your return qualifies.
  2. Complete the return form included in your package. Click HERE to print our return form, if needed.
  3. Once your package is received, please allow 7-10 business days for our Return’s Department to process your return.
  4. A gift card code will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

EXCHANGES: Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you store credit, you can use your credit to purchase that item. We are not able to "hold" merchandise.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS: If you feel you have received a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of receiving by sending a photo via chat or email contact@milottie.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
